Photography has been part of Beatriz Rocha’s family since her grandfather, and she has been behind the camera since 2013. That same year, she participated in her first collective exhibition. In 2015, she won the Sony World Photography Awards in the Youth, Culture category, and in 2016 she received a commendation in the Environment category of the same competition.
Since then, her work has been featured in several group projects and exhibitions, including the book Flatland, and she has presented two individual projects. Alongside her personal artistic journey, Beatriz also develops portraits, personal photoshoots, and event coverage that bridge her artistic eye with everyday storytelling.
